Shipping policy

Todos los pedidos son enviados con un método de envío con rastreo. Una vez que el transportista marca un paquete como entregado, MR Gallos Kitchen ya no es responsable del paquete. No nos hacemos responsables de paquetes perdidos, robados o mal entregados después de que el transportista confirme la entrega.

Si tu paquete aparece como entregado pero no lo has recibido, por favor:

  1. Revisa con tus vecinos y personas en tu hogar
  2. Contacta tu oficina postal o transportista local
  3. Presenta un reclamo directamente con tu transportista

Los tiempos de envío son estimados y no están garantizados. MR Gallos Kitchen no es responsable por retrasos causados por el transportista o condiciones climáticas.

"En caso de que un paquete sea devuelto al remitente por dirección incorrecta, ausencia del destinatario, o cualquier otra razón atribuible al cliente, MR Gallo's Kitchen no se hace responsable. El cliente deberá cubrir el costo del reenvío. En caso de una segunda devolución, el envío deberá ser pagado nuevamente por el cliente antes de proceder."

 

All orders are shipped with a tracked shipping method. Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, MR Gallo's Kitchen is no longer responsible for the package. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after the carrier confirms delivery.

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Contact your local post office or carrier
  3. File a claim directly with your carrier

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. MR Gallo's Kitchen is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or weather conditions.

"If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, absence of the recipient, or any other reason attributable to the customer, MR Gallo's Kitchen is not responsible. The customer will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping. In the event of a second return, the shipping cost must be paid by the customer before we proceed with a new shipment."
